    The land remembers.
    So do we.

Emmonak Corporation is an Alaska Native Corporation owned by the Yup'ik people of Emmonak. Formed under ANCSA (December 18, 1971) · Incorporated 1973, we have stewarded land, built enterprise, and answered to our shareholders — on the delta where our families have always lived.

    Our mission

To grow the wealth and protect the homeland of the Yup'ik people of Emmonak — for the shareholders living today, and for the generations not yet born.

We are 97% Yup'ik. We hold 183,674 surface acres. We run real businesses that put fuel in tanks, food on shelves, and dollars back into the community. This is not symbolism. This is stewardship.

What we put back into Emmonak

    Community investment, year-round.

Emmonak Corporation is not a fishing program and it is not a one-season employer. Our businesses run twelve months a year, with a workforce that lives in the community we serve. Here is where the corporation’s revenue goes back to the people of Emmonak.

    Year-round jobs

    Wages, all twelve months

Tank Farm operators, drivers, retail staff, asset-rental coordinators, and corporate-office roles — hiring preference for Emmonak shareholders. Not seasonal; not contingent on a fishing run.

    Energy security

    Fuel infrastructure for the delta

200,000 gallons of gasoline and 150,000 gallons of heating fuel kept on-site through breakup and freeze-up, plus propane distribution and residential and commercial delivery across the Yukon Delta.

    Shareholder dividends

    Direct return on ownership

When the Board declares a dividend, profits flow directly to Emmonak shareholders through ANCSA settlement common stock — not to outside investors and not to a nonprofit treasury. The wealth belongs to the people who own it.

    Federal procurement

    ANC-qualified contracting

Field Calibrations, Inc. — Phoenix-based ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited calibration asset management and calibration service provider (IAS CL-112) — is positioned for Buy Indian Act contracts. Federal revenue funds village-level investment and strengthens the corporation’s long-term position.

Detailed annual financials are presented to shareholders at the annual shareholder meeting and through the annual report. Shareholders of record may request reviewed financial statements through shareholders@emmonak.com.
