Corporate Executive Leadership
Planned executive positions for the Corporation's next stage of growth. The Board will divide responsibilities between the President and the Chief Executive Officer by resolution when both positions are filled. Until then, they remain combined in the President & CEO.
President
Governance, shareholder relations, land stewardship, and community leadership, sharing executive responsibilities with the Chief Executive Officer as set by Board resolution. Reports to the Board of Directors.
Chief Executive Officer
Chief executive management of Emmonak Corporation and its subsidiaries, sharing executive responsibilities with the President as set by Board resolution. Reports to the Board of Directors.
Chief Operating Officer
Executive leadership of all operating units, including the Tank Farm, Store, and Asset Rentals. Reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
Chief Financial Officer
Executive leadership of finance, accounting, treasury, and financial reporting to the Board. Reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
Vice President of Operations
General management of daily on-ground operations across the Tank Farm, Store, and Corporate office. Reports to the President & CEO.
Corporate Governance, Compliance & Federal
Positions supporting governance, lands, safety and environmental compliance, regulatory compliance, and federal contracting readiness.
Compliance & Risk Officer
Oversees regulatory compliance, data-protection policy, and enterprise risk management.
Government Contracts Manager
Manages SAM.gov registration, Buy Indian Act set-aside pursuits and the SBA 8(a) application.
Lands Manager
Stewards the Corporation's land estate, including land records, permits, easements, leases, trespass monitoring, and 14(c) matters. Reports to the President.
Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator
Owns safety and environmental compliance across all units, including spill prevention plans, training, inspections, drills, and incident records. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Corporate Services
People, purchasing, grants, marketing, technology, and workforce development that support every unit.
IT, AI & Systems Integration Administrator
Administers Microsoft 365, devices, network, and cybersecurity, governs approved AI tools, and integrates POS, accounting, and web systems. Reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
Human Resources Generalist
Recruiting, onboarding, personnel records, handbook administration, and benefits coordination, and leads the Shareholder Intern & Apprentice program. Reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
Procurement & Logistics Coordinator
Purchasing, vendor management, and freight across all units, with a focus on barge-season planning and landed cost. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Grants & Development Manager
Finds, writes, and manages grants for infrastructure, energy, broadband, workforce, and community priorities, including post-award compliance. Reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Social media, promotions for the Store, Tank Farm, and Asset Rentals, brand-standard graphics, and capability materials for business development. Reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
Shareholder Intern & Apprentice
Paid rotations for shareholders and descendants across the Store, accounting, shareholder services, IT, and the Tank Farm, with supervision and evaluations. Coordinated by Human Resources.
Shareholder Services
ANCSA shareholder records, enrollment administration, and Corporation accounts processing.
Shareholder Relations & Communications Coordinator
Newsletters, shareholder website updates, annual meeting communications, and descendant outreach, working alongside Shareholder Services and Marketing. Reports to the President.
Asset Rentals
Recreation and equipment rentals — ATVs, snow machines, and a boat. Activates as the program launches.
Asset Rental Coordinator
Books and tracks ATV, snow-machine, and boat rentals; handles agreements and customer scheduling.
Fleet Mechanic / Outboard Technician
Maintains and repairs the rental fleet, including outboard motors and small-engine equipment.
